Hi! I'm Sewer Sam, a freelance commission artist. I'm proficient in both digital and analog formats. Subjects I draw include but are not limited to: beasts, dinosaurs, ghouls, critters, robots, cryptids, aliens, fiends, and above all else, filth!
Most of my non-commission subjects are original creations, but I've been inspired by both the natural world and many franchises growing up- namely those from cartoons and video games.
Fret not good buddy, I draw both IP and OC characters alike!Historically I've used mediums like pencil, mechanical pencil, fine-point sharpie, microsoft paint, but most recently I've been using an art software called clip studio paint for my digital work- like the rat-scorpion and spooky looking fox you see in the gallery above. I also use it in my commission work.

This is a collection of the Nintendo Wii U's 'Miiverse' posts I've drawn and amassed in the years I've posted on it, from October 26th, 2014 to January 24th, 2017.
Sadly, support for the Miiverse service would ultimately be terminated on November 8th, 2017. The Miiverse was a great and unparalleled experience that definitely contributed to the artist I am today.

Huge personal thanks and shoutout to Drastic Actions , Jason Scott, Nova Delta and the coders at Archive Team for dedicating their efforts to the huge undertaking of recovering and archiving so many Miiverse posts, without them three years of my works would have been lost to time! Even if some of these posts are just silly little doodles- they mean two years of history :)

FAQS
Q: How do I commission you to create art for me?
A: Check my commission guidelines here!
...Thanks for reading that in advance! The best way to reach me is via my email. :)
Also despite it being a W.I.P., I frequently check my instagram dms.
Q: Do you take NSFW commissions?
A: Big time!
Q: Would you draw gore in a commission?
A: I'm willing to draw minor scrapes, a bone here or the occassional entrail there.
However I don't stretch far beyond that. A good rule of thumb- anything you wouldn't see on Futurama you probably aren't going to find in my work as far as gore goes.
In my early works I have drawn gore, but generally I try to keep my aesthetic to a cutesy-creepy type of vibe a la Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Q: I have a really niche/bizzare request, can I commission you to do it?
A: It really depends and varies from one request to another, but the short answer is try me.
So long as you're not pitching outright zoophilic, pedophilic, racist or overtly violent scenarios for me to draw, I'm pretty malleable.
